Ordering:

Use part number and description when placing an order.  All orders must be confirmed in writing to Water-Way Company.  No verbal orders accepted.  Part number will supercede description.

Cancellations and Changes:

Cancellation charges will be applicable to all orders if cancelled on or before the scheduled approximate ship date.  All cancellations and changes must be made in writing.

Terms:

Net 30 days.  May be subject to late payment charge of 1 1/2% per month.

Taxes:

All prices and quotations are subject to local, state, and federal taxes where applicable.

Delivery:

All shipments F.O.B. Tuscumbia, AL

Special Orders:

All special thread orders must be confirmed in writing.  Product manufactured to customer specifications in non-returnable.  Customized laser etching is non-returnable.

Returns:

No product returns will be acceptable without prior consent of Water-Way Company.    All returns will be subject to a minimum 15% restocking charge plus applicable shipping charges.

ALL AUTHORIZED RETURNS SHALL HAVE A RETURN GOODS AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RGA).  THE NUMBER SHALL BE ISSUED BY WATER-WAY COMPANY AND CLEARLY MARKED ON THE OUTSIDE OF ALL SHIPPING PACKAGES CONTAINING THE REFERENCED PRODUCT RETURNS.  ALL PACKAGES RECEIVED FOR RETURN WITHOUT (RGA) NUMBERS WILL BE RETURNED TO THE SENDER.  ALL (RGA) NUMBERS SHALL BE IN FORCE FOR A PERIOD OF THIRTY (30) DAYS.  ALL ITEMS NOT RECEIVED BY WATER-WAY COMPANY WITHIN THIRTY DAYS OF THE RGA ISSUE DATE SHALL BE CONSIDERED NON-RETURNABLE.
