Constructed of rugged, cast iron - Wafer sandwiches between
two (2) 4.0"-150# ANSI flanges (supplied by customer) -
Aluminum/bronze disc with reinforced EPDM seat (Bi-directional)
- Two piece stainless steel stem - Gear case constructed of
rugged, cast brass and completely sealed - Segmental gear
constructed of aluminum/bronze - Worm gear is polished, hardened
steel with stainless steel shaft - Gear ratio is 38:1 for easy
operation and precise flow and pressure control - Precision
needle thrust bearings for low input torque and long term
service - Rugged, positive travel limits stops - Gear case can
be easily repositioned at time of installation for best control
access - Completely sealed, high torque 12V motor draws 3A
during normal operating conditions - Package furnished with
the following: one (1) Valve Control Module; one (1) Harness
for Valve-to-Control Module in 60", 120",
240", 360" or 480" length (please specify); one
(1) Harness for Control Module-to-Switch Indicator in
12", 36", 60" and 120" length (please
specify); one (1) Harness for Control Module-to-Power Source
(6.00"); and one(1)Switch/Indicator Module with
attractive, brushed metal, engraved escutcheon plate -
Switch/Indicator Module is conformal coated and has three
incandescent lamps: Red indicates fully closed; Green indicates
fully open; and Yellow indicates a gated position - Incandescent
lamps allow for a wide viewing angle even in bright sun -
Control module encased in epoxy - All wiring harnesses have
watertight locking connectors - Complies with NFPA 1901 - Manual
override in case of power failure - Weight, 23.625 lbs.
