Newton Kwik-Dump Model 1070

Model 1070 W/5018 is a 1050 style valve with flip up back plate.  The 1070 model is electrically actuated with motor on top.  Shown with a 5018 - 18" auto chute.  Also available its all stainless steel #1070-34 W/5018-34.
